Orchid Software does not send unsolicited e-mail (Spam) to
anyone. We hate Spam as much as you do.
If you have received unsolicited e-mail from orchidsoft.com
the address may have been forged, or "spoofed."
We take special measures to ensure that our mail servers are
not abused by spammers. However there is little we or anyone can do to prevent
spam from impersonating us. It is possible to use any address in
the FROM field of an e-mail, including any orchidsoft.com address.
You cannot positively identify the source of an e-mail from
the address it appears to come from.
Instead, you must check the HEADERS of the e-mail and
identify the server which delivered the message.
Microsoft Office Outlook users can find the message headers by opening the email, selecting the "View" menu, then "Options...".
If you provide us with a copy of these headers we will:
1. Tell you who is responsible for sending the spam, and
2. Report the organisation so that their server(s) may be blacklisted
Use the Stop Spam form below to send us this information.
