The 360 Degrees Appraisals application gives you a whole new way of evaluating employee performance and targets.
The application provides a multi-stage appraisal process, where each employee's progress within the company is evaluated first by the employee himself, then their immediate manager, and finally their colleagues, to provide an open, honest and comprehensive employee assessment.
The application can also be used to evaluate ideas and projects, and uses an archive and action plan process to provide a full account of past and present performance as well as future targets. |
