The application allows past or soon-to-leave employees to maintain an online extranet profile that they can update at any time. Past employees can log in using secure identification details and enter contact details for other permitted users to access, helping friends to keep in touch with each other, even after leaving the organisation.
The application is entirely permission-based, meaning that contact details are not released to unapproved users. |
