Event Manager is a planning application that allows you to co-ordinate extra-curricular and specialist events across you organisation via the intranet.
Events can be entered into a central calendar, with full details including location, date, time, attendees, price and any other requirements to make sure that events run as smoothly as possible.
Emails can be sent to intranet users who may be interested or who are required to attend, enabling them to confirm or deny as soon as possible. Automatic notification updates provide accepted invitees with all the information they need a week before the event to ensure that everything goes as planned. |
